This Privacy Policy explains how Ceridwen.ai, operated by Kuykendall Industries (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects and uses information when you visit ceridwen.ai and when you join our notification list. We have designed this site to collect as little personal information as possible.
What We Collect
- Email address. When you submit the “Notify Me” form on our home page, we collect the email address you provide.
- Aggregate site analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or cross-site identifiers. Plausible records aggregate, anonymized metrics such as page views, referrer, country, browser, and device type.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep short-lived request logs (for example, IP address and user agent) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are not used to build user profiles.
We do not currently set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party advertising networks.
How We Use Your Email
We use the email address you submit only to:
- Notify you about the launch of MABOS and related Ceridwen.ai products.
- Send occasional updates about meaningful milestones, access rounds, and the investor path (if you indicated interest in that path).
- Respond to you if you contact us directly.
We will not sell, rent, or trade your email address. We will not use your email for unrelated marketing, and we will not share it with third parties except the service providers described below.
Service Providers
To operate the site and the notification list, we rely on a small number of vendors that process data on our behalf:
- Resend — stores your email address in a segmented contact list and delivers email on our behalf.
- Vercel — hosts the website and our signup endpoint.
- Plausible Analytics — collects aggregate, cookie-free usage statistics.
Each provider is bound by its own agreement and privacy policy and is only permitted to process data for the purposes we direct.
Retention
We keep your email address on the notification list until you ask us to remove it, or until the list is retired. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at the address below at any time to be removed.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
Ceridwen.ai is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced on this page.
