Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ceridwen.ai (the “Site”), which is operated by Kuykendall Industries (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting the Site or submitting your email to our notification list, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Service

Ceridwen.ai is a pre-launch informational site for MABOS and related projects. The Site lets you read about the project, request updates, and, where applicable, indicate interest in future products or investor materials. The Site does not yet provide a live product; features, pricing, timelines, and descriptions are subject to change.

The Notification List

When you submit your email through the “Notify Me” form, you represent that:

  • The email address is yours, or you are otherwise authorized to submit it.
  • You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
  • You consent to receive occasional updates about Ceridwen.ai, MABOS, and related offerings from Kuykendall Industries.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting privacy@ceridwen.ai. We may remove any address from the list that appears invalid, abusive, or non-consensual. Submitting the form is not a purchase, is not a contract for future services, and does not guarantee access to any product.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or third-party email addresses without authorization.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its APIs, or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape, mirror, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site’s content except as expressly permitted.
  • Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Ceridwen.ai and MABOS names, the Human-Agent Partnership Protocol, and all underlying code — is owned by Kuykendall Industries or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our prior written permission.

No Warranty

The Site and any communications we send are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell securities, investment advice, or a solicitation; any investor path described is for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuykendall Industries and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the notification list, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kuykendall Industries maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
