Privacy Policy
Kuykendall Industries, LLC operates Ceridwen.ai. This notice covers the public website, the Founders’ Register and related communications. Access to a MABOS runtime or another product is governed by the notice provided for that service.
Information and purposes
When you join the Founders’ Register, we receive your email address and dispatch preference. We use them to maintain your Founder status and send the access notices you requested. If you contact us, we use your contact details and message to respond and manage your request.
We send occasional dispatches about work and milestones only when you opt in. Registrations made before September 26, 2026 remain subject to the original promise of one message when MABOS opens; they do not authorize additional dispatches. We do not sell, rent or trade your email address, use it for unrelated marketing or use Register information to train AI models.
Hosting and security services process request information such as IP address, browser details and access times to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Plausible Analytics provides aggregate visit and registration statistics without advertising cookies or sending registration email addresses to analytics. We do not use third-party advertising networks.
Your browser stores presentation preferences, film progress and whether you have seen the opening. Use Reset preferences in the footer or your browser’s storage controls to clear these settings. These preferences are not submitted with your registration.
Recipients
Resend stores Register contacts, keeps the separate optional dispatch list and delivers our email. Vercel hosts the website and registration service. Plausible provides site analytics. Authorized KI personnel and service providers may access information needed to operate these services and respond to requests. Providers may also process limited service information for their own security and legal obligations under their agreements. Processing may occur in the United States or other countries where these providers operate.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and prevent abuse, or in a business transfer subject to applicable protections. This does not authorize unrelated marketing or new uses of previously collected Register information.
Retention and choices
We keep Register information until you ask for its removal or the Register is retired. Unsubscribing from dispatches stops those messages; it does not by itself cancel your Founder status. You may separately request removal from the Register. We may retain limited records needed to honor existing commitments, document an opt-out, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Hosting logs, security records and backup copies follow their operational retention and deletion processes rather than disappearing when you close a browser.
Use the unsubscribe instructions in an email or contact us to stop messages. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, or restriction of your personal information, or object to processing. We may verify your identity before acting. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension, refusal and available appeal. You may also contact your applicable privacy regulator.
Children and changes
The Register is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can remove it. A higher local minimum age still applies.
We post changes with a new effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. An update does not retroactively authorize a new use of information collected under an earlier notice.
