Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ceridwen.ai (the “Site”). Ceridwen.ai is a brand operated by Kuykendall Industries, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting the Site or joining the Founders' Register, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site
The Site presents Ceridwen's work on Artificial Recursive Intelligence and MABOS. The public Site does not provide a live MABOS runtime or authorize access to one. Any separately offered software or hosted service has its own applicable license and service terms. Descriptions of planned access are not guarantees of availability or timing.
The Founders' Register
When you submit your email to the Founders' Register, you represent that:
- the email address is yours, or you are otherwise authorized to submit it;
- you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
Registering makes you a Founder. Founders receive two commitments from us:
- First access: entry before the general public in each access mode when that mode opens.
- Lifetime price lock: each access mode's price is set when that mode opens, and a Founder keeps that price, for that mode, for life.
The Register has no size limit and closes when MABOS first opens. Registering is free and does not order or pay for a service; the Founder commitments above still apply. We do not promise that any access mode will open on any date. You consent to receive messages about access and your Founder status. Occasional dispatches are sent only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting contact@forwarding.kuykendall.industries. We may remove any address that appears invalid, abusive or non-consensual.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or third-party email addresses without authorization;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its APIs or its infrastructure;
- scrape, mirror or redistribute substantial portions of the Site's content except as expressly permitted;
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the Ceridwen.ai and MABOS names, the MABOS figures, the Human-Agent Partnership Protocol and all underlying code, is owned by Kuykendall Industries, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes; other uses require our permission unless allowed by law or an express license accompanying the material. Separate software and content licenses remain controlling for the materials they cover.
No warranty
The Site and any communications we send are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell securities, investment advice or a solicitation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuykendall Industries, LLC and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Founders' Register, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights that the law does not permit us to limit.
Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will change the date above. Changes apply prospectively. We provide additional notice or obtain agreement when required by law. Changes do not withdraw the Founder commitments above from people already on the Register or replace separately accepted purchase or software terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to another forum or protection.
